ARB Approved Contractor status awarded again!
The Arboricultural Association has recently assessed Tree Heritage and once again, we have been awarded ARB Approved Contractor status.
If you keep up to date with our blog, you may remember that we wrote about this a couple of years ago? There’s good reason for this…being assessed by the Arb Association is a continuous process. This ensures that we are constantly improving our methods, knowledge and performance and adhering to the latest standards expected of us.
Arboriculture is an industry which is responsible for taking care of living organisms and the science involved is always improving – as should our contractors!
If you’re looking for a Tree Surgeon, why should it matter whether the company you speak to is Arboricultural Association Approved or not? Here’s what the Arboricultural Association has to say regarding their ARB Approved Contractor Scheme:
The ARB Approved Contractor scheme offers a recognised benchmark for arboricultural contracting throughout the UK and Ireland and is increasingly required by Local Authorities and other large commercial organisations. ARB Approved Contractor is also of benefit in the domestic sector as a quality mark assuring the client of good quality tree care undertaken safely and efficiently.
We are proud to say that we first achieved ARB Approved Contractor status way back in 1986 and we have been approved continuously ever since. But what does that mean in practial terms for our prospective customers? It means that one of the most important professional bodies in the world of Arboriculture has visited our premises, checked our paperwork, seen our staff carry out practical tasks, questioned our operatives and after a full day of assessing us, they have decided that we are professional and will provide you with “good quality tree care undertaken safely and efficiently” to quote the Arb Association’s own definition.
